Let me apologize to you if you have stumbled onto this blog and were hoping that the author was David McCullough, the renowned historian.  That David McCullough spells his last name the way it is most commonly spelled in Ireland.  The way I spell my last name is the more common way to spell it in Scotland.  The more famous David McCullough writes wonderful narrative historical texts that have great educational value.  He has twice won the National Book Award, and received the Pulitzer prize for his books John Adams and Truman.  You can find information about him and his books at his official website http://www.electriceggplant.com/davidmccullough/

By contrast this much less famous David Kennedy McCulloch writes stories of no great educational value but stories that I hope you might enjoy curling up by the fire with, and escaping into for relaxation.  They contain some humor, adventure, mystery, wacky characters, irreverence for the self-centered stupidity of humans, suspense, surprises, and in the case of my Gome stories for those who are young at heart, weird scruffy rude rock creatures and nail-biting cliff-hanger finishes.
